Bistrita, small european city, founded in 1241, confrunting (like many other city) with traffic issues, polution and climate changes, etc. In this context, we want to identify solutions that reduce polluting traffic and the occupancy rate of the transport infrastructure. The problem of parking spaces is also a challenge, especially in central and/or historical areas.
