We are currently developing and implementing an Urban Management Platform in a Smart Region context, supported by a set of thematic verticals addressing the challenges of digital transformation and urban sustainability.
This project will be carried out in partnership with 14 out of 18 municipalities in our region, fostering a collaborative and intermunicipal approach to strengthen planning, monitoring, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. We believe that sharing experiences and best practices is essential to ensure the success of this initiative.
In this context, we are seeking a regional entity with proven experience in implementing smart region projects, capable of collaborating with us in identifying common challenges, effective technological solutions, and stakeholder engagement strategies. We are particularly interested in practical knowledge related to:
1. Governance models for intermunicipal digital projects
2. Barriers to implementing integrated urban platforms
3. Strategies for stakeholder engagement and capacity building
4. Success stories and lessons learned from smart region initiatives

We are looking for metropolitan areas that implemented a smart region platform projet, envolving several municipaties and worked together to collect data, implemented IoT and analytics.
