Innovative Action description
Physical, environmental and social renewal: Renovating/modernizing/repurposing old, neglected building, infrastructure, and public spaces. This involves increasing energy efficiency, using renewable energy sources, reducing pollution, and developing green infrastructure such as green roof, rain garden. Another goal is strengthening communities and enhancing social cohesion ( improving housing, developing community programs and services and combating social exclusion.
