The objectives of the partnership were to contribute to the reduction of poverty and to improve the inclusion of people living in poverty or at risk of poverty in deprived neighbourhoods. The partnership looked at two specific approaches: place-based solutions and urban regeneration of deprived neighbourhoods; and people-based solutions through the socio-economic integration of specific population groups with a focus on children.
