The new thematic partnership (TP) will be established within a complex policy scenario characterized by a method of collaborative, “co-creation” process, to be followed by an equally collaborative “co-implementation” phase.

It will also build on the experience of previous TPs and in particular of the TP on “Culture and Cultural Heritage”.
