The Action is aimed at identifying cities’ specific research needs (through cultural leaders from city adminis-tration) to better plan future EU calls for research proposals, to guarantee that the results of these research projects are used at the local level to improve cultural policies, and to contribute to the overall reinforcement of cultural offerings in European cities.
