With 20 years’ experience of working at the European Commission, in her current position, Pia follows knowledge-related activities on sustainable urban development, and in particular, topics in sustainability transitions/greening of cities. Previously, she worked in DG Research and Innovation in the areas of urban, rural and regions-related social science research and synergies between different EU funding programmes.
