I am committed to sustainable development, educated and experienced in the field of social sciences, economy-management & business and communication, with two decades of experience in knowledge exchange, capacity building, communication, social innovation, and local/regional socio-economic development.

Results-oriented, with effective communication skills and down to earth approach, throughout my professional career I was holding the responsibility for the promotion of innovative solutions, the principles of sustainable development, SDGs, corporate social responsibility.

With the background in local and regional economic and social development, EU and UN funded projects development and implementation aimed at sustainable development primarily of the Western Balkans region, I have vast experience in the region, both from the perspective of the beneficiary, as a project implementation team member, and from the perspective of the managing authority, as the Interreg programme management team member.

For almost two decades, I am a member of the Sustainability and Social Responsibility committee within Institute for Standardization of Serbia.

At CEDEFOP, an EU agency aimed at the promotion, development and implementation of the Union policy in the field of vocational education and training (VET) as well as skills and qualifications policies, I am an ambassador tackling early leaving from VET.
