Architect, officer at the City of Torino, in charge of an Urban Regeneration Unit. He received his PhD in urban planning, working as an urban planning and urban design consultant from 1992 to 1997. From 1997 to 2007, he served as an officer of the Piemonte Region’s Urban and Regional Planning Department. In addition, he was an adjunct professor of urban planning at the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic of Turin.
