Liège makes purchasing a key ingredient of a local and sustainable food ecosystem

Going from 0% to 70% ‘sustainable food’¹ in three years, and more than 50% local: “We're not out of work!” says Davide Arcadipane, from Intercommunale de Soins Spécialisés de Liège (ISoSL).
