ZOOM IN SURE – SCALING UP and SCALING OUT

The infographic enables the reader to follow the central steps and understand the main tensions and difficulties as well as map the progress that led to SURE having been integrated as an urban development and security service within the city, but also used by major private stakeholders such as the NOKIA ARENA during the project lifecycle. 

The Infographic outlines three key action-areas that stand out as critical points in the process of integrating an innovation project, its results within a city administration and how it can be considered in any local context in Europe. It then details the relevant activities which are particular to the context of the city of Tampere and the implementation of the project. Lastly, the infographic links the challenges specific to the project to the overall Urban Innovative Actions program aspirations and how have these challenges materialised in the context of SURE.
