In his first Zoom-In, UIA TMaaS expert Dr. Evangelos Mitsakis, presents an animated story that highlights the decisions that travelers need to take on a daily basis, when faced with several uncertainties concerning urban travel decisions. By use of an example of a typical Ghentian, the Zoom-In navigates through a story of all daily travel related decisions, concluding to the benefits of using LINK.Gent, TMaaS traveller information services and how the use of the tool provided to the citizens of Ghent reduces significantly all those uncertainties and assists travellers trough the provision of information, making daily travel more transparent, reliable and stress-free
