TMAaS journal
The 2nd TMaaS Journal accompanies the project in its past half year of progress. By giving an account of the main activities and achievements of each project component, the second issue explores the new activities that have kicked in, outlining a clear new phase of the project in which the first results of the work conducted started to emerge.

In her 2nd journal of TMaaS, UIA expert Sofia Taborda focuses on three core activities; user research, use cases and the open call. Regarding user research, Sofia discusses the targeted user groups that can reveal the TMaaS users of tomorrow (in cities, residents and tourists, and students, local shopkeepers, IT and transport service providers) that have in turn allowed the project to capture a detailed set of use cases dealing with the different modules of TMaaS. Most importantly, Sofia sheds light on the open call preparation and launch that will not only allow the replicability and potentially scalability of TMaaS in other cities (worldwide) but will also feed the project with valuable insights on how to improve and move forward.
Finally, Sofia takes a deep dive in the eight implementation challenges and focuses on the ones of Monitoring and Evaluation, Financial Sustainability and Upscaling. Read through to find out how the project is dealing with those!
