Milan is exploring new ways to co-design services with young people, as part of its strategic approach to youth wellbeing. In June 2021, WISH-MI hosted a webinar with three leading examples of youth participation across Europe. These were the Synathina model from Athens, the UIA BRIDGE project from Rotterdam and the Finnish Ohjaamo youth guidance centres. Each has key lessons about participative design processes. The webinar concluded with the Milan project lead, Cosimo Palazzo, sharing the key conclusions form Milan's perspective. The webinar slide deck which provides the format for this ZOOM-IN product, is here.
