In a city as, Cluj-Napoca, which had the highest economic growth rate in Romania in the last decade, the alliance between public authorities, private sector, academia and civil society to test innovative actions and methods is particularly important to be analysed, with the aim to understand how the work can contribute to the vitality of the city in the next twenty years and deliver possible solutions involving different categories of residents.
In the first journal of Cluj Future of Work, UIA Expert Simone D’Antonio reports on the progress made in the first year of implementation, highlighting the connection between the strategy and the actions carried out locally by the project and the national and European context.
