In the third Journal of BRICK-BEACH, UIA Expert Miguel Lucena shows how the project is currently overcoming some of the challenges related to its infrastructural activities. Being at very critical moment of its implementation, the BRICK-BEACH team is dealing with two major issues: the environmental authorization and the reallocation of the recycling plant.
Through an analysis of the 7 UIA implementation challenges, Miguel Lucena reflects on the risks and the knowledge gained by the project in this process, offering an outlook for the next steps necessary to bring BRICK-BEACH towards a successful closure.
