UIA Expert Christina Marouli reports that “this third period constituted a continuation of the first year, with the primary focus being on implementation of awareness raising tools for food waste prevention, and on licensing, tendering, purchasing and design of the technical activities that relate with the optimal use of avoidable and unavoidable food waste and composting.”
