The GOCCIA project has released its first Zoom-In, produced within the framework of the European Urban Initiative. This 9-minute video explores how phytoremediation and bioremediation can be applied to restore contaminated soils in urban areas, focusing on the case of La Goccia in Milan.
Through drone footage, on-site images and expert narration, the video explains why these nature-based solutions have been chosen, what benefits they bring, and what challenges cities face when implementing them.
