Passport for Work Zoom-in: Skills based matching

In the second Passport for Work zoom-in, the implications of skills based matching are explored among employers. We visited employers in three different sectors of industry which are at the core of Passport for Work: construction, technology and health care. In the zoom-in, it is shown how employers in these sectors put skills based matching into practice by hiring new staff based on their skills rather than their background.
