The aim of this document is to provide ideas and tools that support your resilient journey by helping with basic information for developing a resilience plan at the functional area level.

To identify how public and private actors could better respond to the negative impact of a wide range of risks. It is no secret that mega-trends such as climate change, demographic change, and digitalization cause several shocks and pressures. Hence, functional areas need to map their risks and establish solutions in order to become resilient.
